And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."   Matthew 28:18-20 (NRSV, Catholic edition)

Student Hosting Opportunity

St. Anne’s Catholic Secondary School community is very excited to announce that we will be welcoming 20-25, Grade 9-11 Catholic female students from Mexico City from April 15th to 28th, 2017.

This is a great opportunity for students to meet young people from another country and experience their culture and language, while sharing our same values.  It is also a great opportunity for the visiting students to learn about our Canadian way of life.

If you would like to consider hosting one of these students for 2 weeks, we ask that you contact Gaby Parejo, our local liaison with Red Leaf, the agency that is coordinating the visit.  Please contact her at or 519-932-0296.

Host families will be invited to utilize available time on the weekends to do some sightseeing with the visiting student.  In addition, host families will be compensated by Red Leaf to offset their expenses.
